The resort is very quiet, sandy beach, convenient if you want to travel both around the island and by boat to the islands of Paksa and Antipaksa.

In Corfu (Kerkyros – as the locals call the island) on one of the streets of the old town you will find a small shop of maybe 9 square meters, spread over two halls, with a few tables outside. We also call it Alexis’s shop, or Alexis Periklis.
Do many students gather here? And in the summer there are many tourists. It opens at 6:30 PM, and from about 8 PM you can hardly find a place. It is full on weekends, it is better to book in advance, and if there is music playing, it is even more fun.
Corfu is a small island, measuring just 64 km from north to south, and 34 km at its widest point. But that doesn’t mean you can get around it in a few days.

A small village called Sinarades, which is not included in the tourist routes. If you don’t want to drive far, but just around Corfu town, I suggest driving to the village of Sinarades. Only about 14 km from the city center, but you will feel like you are in a distant place.
