The second floor, accessed by external stairs, includes an additional bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchen with a dining area, along with a balcony.
The outdoor area offers a private swimming pool, a terrace, and a poolside space with a bar, as well as barbecue facilities. The property is fenced and includes parking within the grounds.
