Villa Kiki is a one-storey house accommodating up to 5 guests, situated near the village of Perithia. The property is surrounded by a beautiful garden, and the balcony offers views of the mountains. It is a peaceful setting, well suited for families with children.
The house features a living room with access to the balcony, where there is a dining table with chairs. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The villa also includes a modern shower room. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, a stove, and a refrigerator, suitable for everyday family needs.
A family-owned tavern is located right next door, and a shop is about 200 m away. Agios Spyridon beach, known for being suitable for families with children, is located nearby.
